UPDATE: Carvana reached out to me and are making things right by reimbursing me for the new tires.. pleased customer now.. and I DO love my car. It’s a dream car for me by finding that year/make/model/color! DO NOT buy a car from Carvana. My first experience was great, but my second…. HORRIBLE! I’ve had the car for less than 30 days: (1) Arrived dirty, so I personally detailed it and discovered a crappy DYI job done on the interior rear panel. Submitted request for repair and after fighting with them (because it was NOT in pictures & NOT normal wear/tear) they agreed to repair. (2) Check Engine light comes on and after being at dealership for a week it’s an unknown cause BUT they showed me how (3) my front tires are basically falling apart. Not even safe to drive on! Both Carvana &
Horrible. I tried selling my friend (who passed away) car. Accepted the offer uploaded the docs only to be told they don't take cars from estates. I re-titled the car in my name after I confirmed they would extend the offer by a day. They texted me back and said yes 24-48 hours I had. The next day I logged in and they lowered their offer. What a scam! Worst experience, no customer service or accountability.
Someone transferred me and I sat on hold for about 20 minutes.
