This the second car I purchased from this company. I won't be buying anymore. I been trying to get the TPMS sensors changed on the vehicle because they dropped the car off with bald tires and sensors not working. It took Discount tire almost 2 hours just to get a approval amd the warranty place was arguing woth them to not change them. Finally they approved the tires but denied the sensors. They told me go back a second time which I did and all they did was clear the code. A day before the warranty expires I scheduled a third appt amd I was told since I cant get an appt today that I will get charged a $100 deductible after I been trying to get this fixed for two weeks now. I feel that Shane went above and beyond in his service when he delivered the car I purchased from Carvana. He showed up with a friendly smile and seemed genuinely excited for my new wheels. He explained everything I needed to know about the 7 day trial period, warranty and due diligence. The thing you must know if you’re going to buy a car from Carvana- is that the delivery date is never set in stone until they confirm payment is received AND get approval from their underwriters. This was not explained to me and led to a lot of frustration. In fact, it took about 4 days after the money fully left my account for them to confirm they received it and then another 2 days for the underwriters to approve it. When I needed a new car, I went on the Carvana app and found the one I wanted. It came to me a few days later from a different Carvana location. Not the one in Duncan. It was the only bad experience our family has had with Carvana. The car came to us dirty, in need of repair with dashboard warning lights on, and the electronics that seemed to have a mind of their own. I took Carvana up on the option to swap out for a different vehicle. That is when I found the exact vehicle I had wanted all along!
