While I might have gotten a few hundred more selling privately, I found Carvana’s process to be well worth the difference. They handled the transaction smoothly and competently, and actually had a higher offer than my planned trade-in dealership and higher than the CarMax offer. Most of all, the paperwork process was all electronic with a quick Docusign. Painless. I saved a few bucks by opting to drop off the car at the local Carvana in Raleigh. Absolute worst car experience I’ve ever had had to go to the shop second day and had it sat in there for a total of 3 weeks with about 9000$ in repairs and still having issues couldn’t even get my oil changed because the filter housing was warped so bad. Tons of cosmetic problems that were not in the description I wanted to give the car back but I couldn’t because it was stuck in the shop car had sat for ex amount of years I’ll show pictures for proof Carvana needs to take responsibility and have action instead of just apologizing and moving on this is obviously a serious issue for most people that have experienced Carvana only thing I can say good is that the warranty silverrock is decent

Bought a car from Carvana and had the best delivery driver!! Maurice was friendly, made sure the car was clean and met all my expectations. He arrived earlier than his ETA, very knowledgeable at his job! He made this experience very pleasant. Maurice is definitely a great asset to Carvana, keep up the great work sir!!
