CARWASH EXPRESS

I am very familiar with the law and this business is unethical! This is a clear larceny by false pretenses! I’m a Marine Corps Veteran and rarely complain, but feel compelled to do so in this case. I paid $10.00 cash for a car wash and the machine didn’t give me my $2.00 change back. I then filled up on gas at that same Shell Gas Station, which is also there, and also affiliated with the minimart. I subsequently spoke to the business cashier. To my dismay, the cashier informed me that it’s exact change only, but there is no sign stating that. She refused to refund my money and also refused to give me a name or contact number of a manager or owner. Although she was polite, she suggested I should look up the information via the internet. Solid car wash especially for an automatic one. Took my Runner there and it even got the dirt up under the rear lip! I wish I had one closer to me!
