Carworks

Around six weeks ago, my wife and I made a vehicle purchase from Kerry. At that time, the weather was pleasant and we didn't require the use of air conditioning. Fast forward about a month, and the temperatures started to rise, but unfortunately, the AC only emitted air at a temperature of 50 degrees. To address this issue, I took the vehicle to a local repair shop where they tested the system and informed me that a new compressor was needed due to pressure stability problems. The estimated cost for replacing the compressor, drier, freon, and labor amounted to approximately $1400. Seeking assistance, I reached out to Kerry and he readily agreed to cover half of the bill without any hesitation. I have nothing but positive feedback for Kerry and Carworks. Kerry was great to work with. Up front and honest. All around great experience. I will be purchasing another vehicle for my wife in a few months and he'll be my first stop. And I drove 2 1/2 hours one way. Worth every minute!

We drove over 5 hours to look at and potentially buy a pickup from Carworks. Ending up buying the vehicle and coming home. 4 days later battery died and he replaced it. Then noticed oil leaking on the engine and had a Ford dealer check it out. A number of leaks were pointed out and an estimate to repair. After sending the Kerry the estimate we were told there was "no way" that he was going to be fix it and pay for it. We then were told to power wash the engine to "pin point" the leak which we did. After waiting a couple of days it was found that the vacuum pump seal was leaking (under warranty) with no response, we were also promised receipts for work that he claimed was done to the truck but never received any paperwork.
