These guys did an amazing job! Every glass company I called said they couldn’t do anything for a winshield scratch and wanted to charge $1400 for a full replacement. Sam was very froendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and was able to seal, protect, and greatly reduce the appearance of damage. Cascade Auto Glass will be the only place I trust for any auto glass needs from now on. Below pics are before and after.
I was able to get in the same day I called. The repair work was fast and a great price comparatively to other local well known and less known auto glass repair companies. The repairman was very friendly and helpful with filing a claim to my insurance company, so I ended up paying nothing. A great experience all around. Thank you so much Sam!!
The service was great! Kiley replaced the rear windshield, cleaned up all the broken glass, and offered a thorough explanation of the process. I highly recommend this service!
Sam made this experience so easy. I had a pretty bad rock chip and he got me in with less than an hour notice. He was super friendly and we are also going to send my partner here in 2 days to get his window replaced. I watched him do it and he even fixed a few little other chips for me just because. I really appreciate his work and kindness! I hope to not be back, but if I need another repair, I’ll be coming here!
Fantastic service by the workers at Cascade auto glass! I came in with a busted drivers window on my Chevy Cruze and was worried it would take a long time to get fixed. Surprisingly, they were able to get my car in to their shop the very next day, did a diagnostic on my window and saved me replacement on the glass itself by identifying a broken mechanical piece! I received my car the same day as my appointment and they even helped me work with cost so that I could keep some Christmas savings for gifts. Both the front desk staff and the service technicians were extremely kind and professional and made my customer experience great. I will definitely be coming back here in the future
