Mahlia at this location truly exceeded my expectations today while getting new tires. I truly did not understand the benefit of the tires she recommended vs the ones I was thinking of. She went out of her way to explain in detail things I should have known but didn't. Zero upsell on her part! Just pure informative benefits and now I'm SO happy with the results! If you are looking for a tire place everyone knows you can't beat Les Schwab and part of the reason is people like Mahlia who understands the person in front of the customer is the face of the business. Why don't more people understand this. When you show you care the business just naturally follows.

These guies are literally life savers, they stayed open late to help me with my trailer that had a load on it. I couldn't drive any farther. They had tires driven from molala to save the day after they closed. God bless this team of amazing people tha m you so much.

Had a nail in my tire. So I brought it in for them to patch my tire up with their “free tire repair service” they offer. They tell me they can’t fix it because my tread is too low and proceeded to pitch me new tires. Almost 600 for two. Then tried to pitch me for new alignment job as well. instead of just helping me out with a quick patching up a hole in my tire, they refuse to help and try to get me to buy all new tires.. they lost a customer. Trash location, they just salesman trying to up charge you instead of helping. Lost my business. I’ll put pics of the tire they say “too low tread”.
