We had our 2007 Ford Expedition towed by Topline Towing to CARS last week and it wasn't running at all. Something with the fuel pump Etc. Marlen was pretty sure what was wrong with our SUV and he repaired it in a timely manner at an affordable price. We surely appreciate his expertise and attention to detail.

When I went to pick it up I had the chance to step out into the main shop area and was very impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness. It seems that the value of customer service has been overlooked in my recent experience, as it felt more like a transaction than a genuine effort to assist a customer. I called early in the morning, explaining my situation with the battery light on my dashboard. Initially, I was informed that the shop was fully booked for three weeks. However, the receptionist said he wants to consult with the manager, after speaking with the manager, I was told that I could bring my vehicle in for a quick diagnostic, with the possibility of getting it serviced the same day, depending on parts availability.
