Les Schwab Tire Center

I had a great experience at this location. I purchased my tires at another Les Schwab location and the service was alright. I was expecting the same service at this location. I was blown away by the service I received. I was greeted in the parking lot which made a great first impression. He was able to quickly locate my information in the computer. I needed my tire looked at as it kept slowly losing pressure. I left my keys and got a ride to work. Within an hour I got a call that my car was ready. I asked if they could also balance and rotate my tires since I forgot to ask when I was first there. The person on the phone was super nice and said absolutely. About a half hour later my car was ready. When I came in the woman who helped me was super nice. She informed me my tire had a screw in

Had an alignment done a few months ago at this location, slowly my alignment got worse in the same fashion. I brought it back and had it corrected. The tech said that sounds like someone didn’t tighten the bolts enough that they need to be really tight. The guy at the counter couldn’t care less. I know it’s only a 30 day warranty but what a way to turn a $120 service into $240 by just not tightening the bolts enough. They didn’t even care to explain that could have been their fault. Will be driving into OC or Clackamas to get work done/tires in the future will avoid this company. Their employees act like they hate their jobs too.

I went in for a scheduled appointment and I let the guy at the front desk know that I was needing an estimate for an alignment. I waited for over an hour to find out that they did the alignment already. Confused I told the lady behind the counter I wanted an estimate done and not have the service done as I was unsure about the amount. She was extremely rude telling me I scheduled the alignment, it’s my fault that I didn’t choose the correct section for my appointment when my email stated “visual alignment estimation.” I was very frustrated about how she was blaming me the customer. Then a gentleman took care of everything stating they were at fault and I didn’t have to pay for their mistake. I really would like to give them a better review, but the lady behind the counter needs to go or so

I thought the old manager Tracey before he retired was a fabulous guy always putting customer first .but new guy Nolan is same caliber putting customer first great guy i can be a needy person from time to time but he deals with things for me it's nice to have a manager who actually jokes doesn't let job get to him . customers first
