I had an accident in my pickup truck on black ice a couple weeks back. The team responded quickly and professionally. Once I found out my insurance wasn't covering my damages they worked with me on local solutions that won't break the bank to get my truck back on the road and serviceable again. Thanks again for the help and understanding for my bad situation. It really goes a long way and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services.

Super Dishonest... Sold me an engine with bad internals, and even changed the oil so it would not be apparent it was bad. Read other reviews, do not support or trust at all!!! Real dishonest jerk

There are a lot of poor reviews for this tow company and I can understand why. The person my husband spoke to was rude, in such a hurry, it was hard to ask questions and get an answer. The person on the phone has no customer service knowledge nor did he have the desire to provide good service. I will let everyone I know to never call this company at any of there locations. They don’t deserve the work or my money.

Called 3 times and spoke with the same dispatch guy each time. The first time he hung up on me mid-sentence. The second time he talked down to me, rudely, as each sentence he muttered in a very short-tempered tone sounded like he hated his job and hated talking to customers. The third time he was impatient and downright mean. I had hoped being friendly would encourage him to do the same, but he doubled down and was extra short. I just wanted to pick up my car, but they wouldn’t do it on Sunday unless I paid them an extra $75. They charged $492 and it was only there for a few hours. I arranged a time to meet to pick up my car and they showed up late but he was nice especially after I handed over the nearly $500. It was not a good experience. But two stars is better than none

Our car died at Timberline Lodge in a white out. The parking lot was covered in feet of snow. Cascade Towing showed up and saved the day. Really tough conditions and made it look easy. Super friendly and calming in the midst of a lot of stress. Worked to first see if they could get the car started, and when it would not they helped tow the car down a slick mountain. Super professional.
