Although the wait for the vehicle was longer than anticipated, Cascade German made sure they delivered a product and service beyond my expectations! They will always have my business.

Ordered my bolts for my mk4 lower control arms. Local dealership tried charging me over 100$! For six bolts? Unreal. Ordered them here and paid for next day air less than 60$ total. Not only did I receive the hardware but also some chocolate. Huge W. They also gave me the torque specs with the bolts. My new go to for all my German shit box needs.

These folks are fantastic and knowledgeable. I need a part the next day for a repair and they made sure it was sent on time. Ordered at 10 am and it was in the mail overnight by 330 pm. Ordered a part the 19th Jan sat pending no updates nothing for 8 days.only when I sent a hello weres my stuff email all of a sudden couple hours later maybe get a confirmation fed ex pick it up.what a coincidence!now fed ex has it.no update since the 26th sitting in Memphis. Again no word.there working on it.we are the 30th.never again buying shit in the US.anywere but there.
