One Fine Mechanic

Vu is without a doubt the best mechanic I’ve been to. He is honest and truly makes his best effort to do right by you. I really appreciate how hard he works to help me out and he has always been fair. I’m not experienced in cars and he goes out of his way to help educate me/help me be realistic about the longevity of my car, the kinds of repairs I need, and when I’ll need them. It’s rare to find a gem like Vu! I recommend him to everyone I know, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic! I will be using this company for all the cars I will ever drive.

I’ve taken my car to Vu a few times now and he’s hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever visited. Thorough, extremely fair pricing, and takes the time to explain repairs and make recommendations. After getting an astronomical quote from a Honda service center for diagnostics, I contact Vu and he helped me at no cost. Lesson learned to always contact him first. I highly recommend going to him for a reliable, service oriented mechanic.

I was absolutely floored by this experience. Dealership quote for engine problem was $10k. This place assessed the situation and provided options to me all at a fraction of the cost. Total cost ended up around $3k. Work was done quickly and the result is ideal. Thanks!

I don’t even know where to start, as I don’t typically leave reviews. But the customer service I received was too great to not comment. I had gone here years back and now that I’m back in the area I brought my Honda Pilot in to see Vu! For starters he got me in right away, and less than 24 hours he had the diagnostics done, parts repaired and fixed and called to have me pick up my vehicle by lunch time. The prices were already unbeatable than anywhere else I called, and even blessed my husband and I with a deal out of the generosity this man has. He takes pride in his work you can tell, he’s honest, and doesn’t nickel and dime you for just driving on the lot like you see so many other places. I took my truck in after I noticed unusual smoke from my exhaust. Vu checked it out and provided a very detailed diagnosis of what was going on. I was expecting something much worse but thankfully Vu reassured me that I just needed to drive the truck more. He did recommend that I look out for some preventative maintenance sometime down the road but I was good to get back on the road that day. It was a busy day for OFM and they still took the time to check out my vehicle and not charge nor write up some crazy estimates. Some other places had different plans for me. I'll need brakes, spark plugs and coolant done soon and I'll be having OFM service all my maintenance needs.
