Gresham Subaru: Parts Department

A great experience from beginning to end. The communication was quick and friendly, the shipping was incredibly fast. My part came as expected, a new OEM factory Subaru part, in this case, the rear carpet/trunk mat. I would recommend them and would buy from them again!

Being able to schedule service on a weekend is definitely a great perk when working with the Gresham Subaru team! Grant was amazing, very polite and professional! After my checkup they quickly found the issues of my concerns and was able to have my vehicle repaired the same day! Would definitely be returning to them for future service.

Gresham Subaru Service was great.starting with Stephanie greeting me when I first drove up all the way to the end when the service was completed. They produced a quick video with the mechanic ( sorry I didn’t catch his name) going over all the main parts and showing everything was fine and in good condition. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the wait was relatively short. All in all, I was quite pleased. This was my first visit for a routine service and I plan to continue getting my Crosstrek serviced at Gresham Subaru.
