Always a great experience when the time comes to have to take this test. When you study and you're prepared you will always succeed. It's not like it is rocket science, just the simple basics of being a owner of a vehicle. And the guys here at Cason emissions are the guys to give you that pass. Today I went to that location to get my car emission done for the first time, and everything was very fast, but I didn’t like that the person who did the emission asked me for a tip directly. It wasn’t that I wanted to give one — he literally asked me, “How much are you going to tip me?” I’ve done emissions at other places before, and no one has ever asked me for a tip. The emission costs $20, and a tip should be optional, not something they pressure you for. I told him to take $3 because I felt pressured, like if I didn’t give it, we might start an argument. So I just tipped him $3. But when I checked my account, the charge was $23.97. He took more money than what I authorized. Be careful — that’s basically stealing. 😡 I will not be coming back to this place, and I will make sure to tell

it's was very nice to have Gabriel to take care of me for my emissions test. He's was very fast and very professional 👏 i used to stay in this area, I drove back here in my old community, because I love ❤ how they sevice my car 🚗 ❤️

The inspector wants a tip for an emission test. Never heard it before. Guy ended up charging an extra $1 fee after a $5 tip, bringing the total to $26. I felt ripped off. Shouldn't have left a ridiculous tip in the first place. Additionally, no test report or receipt was provided, and I had to ask him to print it out after all. Won't come back here again
