I had the rear AC Evaporator replaced and was very impressed with the service. Everyone was friendly and professional. In fact, they treated me like family. The work was done on my lifetime warranty, and all the paperwork was processed timely. Thanks to all the fine people who work there.

Brian was/is my salesman and everything from start to finish was awesome. Drop all the stereotypes about car dealers when you go to Cass Burch, they are not like that. Everyone from Mr. Bobby J, Jordan, Wendy and the technicians were AMAZING to deal with. Great communication and they fixed an issue that I had been dealing with at a Thomasville dealership for over a year, Cass Burch found the issue in 2 days and had it fixed promptly and before my warranty EXPIRED!!!
