Sidney Rigdon Towing & Recovery Quitman

We were on our way back to Jacksonville, FL coming from visiting family in Tennessee. Our vehicle broke down off an exit in Valdosta, GA. Not a fun way to end our beautiful 3-day weekend. But, the owner Sidney and 2 guys showed up, all in separate trucks. They were very nice and professional. It was Tim's first day working for Sidney's Tow business. And let me tell you, he was the best. We hitched a ride with him. His driving was excellent and he was super nice. We were very pleased. A very comfortable ride home. Thank you guys sooo much.

My son backed over a brick mailbox and the truck became stuck on the brick structure.The truck was off a culvert and on the brick mailbox. A very tricky job to do with no damage to the truck. Sidney came within 20 minutes to help us. He was extremely professional, very careful with our truck. He had us back on the road with no damage to our truck in a very short time. I highly recommend Sidney Rigdon Towing for all your towing and recovery needs. I will never user anyone else. Awesome service.

My daughter was stranded and after trying to get AAA to assist I desperately called and Cindy answered. She was compassionate, understood a mother's concern and went out of her way to offer assistance. She even followed up in the afternoon to see if my daughter was alright. I would certainly call this towing service for quick and efficient service.

If I could give ten stars I would, the only towing service who would answer at midnight. Sidney the owner answered the phone and he had the best customer service and price! He told us that he would be there in 20-30 mins and he showed up exactly on time! Then sidney ended up being the one towing us and the overall professionalism was incredible. He was extremely polite, great pricing for mileage, and really knew what he was doing and handled our car with care . I recommend his services 10/10 especially if you are out of state broke down, cause most people aren't as friendly but also provide such spectacular service.

My daughter slid off in a ditch. I could have pulled it out but I would have scratched up the vehicle terribly. I called Sidney. He came as soon as possible. Pulled the vehicle out with no scratches. Charged a fair price. ( A lot cheaper than paying for body repair) Great job.
