Went to go buy a tow truck off the personal owners of this shop today. (2002 International wrecker with a DT466). For some context I called them 2 days prior each day saying I was going to get a flight and agreed to their price of 12000. Upon me calling them before I confirm my flight (like I said I would days prior) they told me that the truck was sold to someone during their lunch break, breaking our negotiations. What I’m getting at here is that the owners of this shop do not care whatsoever about formalities and treating a person they do business with the care and respect they deserve, I can only leave it up to you to think about how they’d treat a customer.
Great selection and knowledgeable staff you don’t get at other parts houses.
Did not have my part, but the staff was very friendly and found me an alternative to order. Great service.
Great work and prices with prompt customer service.
Great service awesome people.
