Cassidy Tire and Service

Had my brakes done. The service manager guy named L was great. He was a very nice and very helpful. Great place to have your car serviced. Definitely, they are a five star service. I had my other car serviced and the guys did a great job. I had one of my tires replaced and a wheel alignment again your service manager L was so knowledgeable and kind and treated me with respect as always. I just want to say that I drove all the way from Des Plaines to go to Crystal Lake to have my car serviced by you guys. You guys do a great job thank you so much.

This place has always taken great care when servicing my vehicles. Haven’t been here a ton but they’ve stuck out in my mind as a “go to” for things not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and for my daughter’s car that is 13 years old. Their communication and customer service is fantastic and they seem very honest about what they’re doing which is difficult to find, nowadays, when it comes to mechanics. They are good at making it make sense. Highly recommend.

Great service with a family owned business feeling. With so many tire place options today and everyone trying get the best deal, I totally get it. Manager Mike and his staff do the little things that make the Crystal Lake Mavis the place to go for tires and car service. It may not be the best rated, newest place but I'd rather pay for customer experience that you can feel that they did the best for you or your family's vehicle. It's the small things that you can't rate on all these apps, reviews etc. Be kind, do the right thing and that's what they do here at Mavis in Crystal Lake.

Super impressed with my experience with everyone at Cassidy Tire in C.L. Both the manager Tucker Hauptman and mechanic Matt went out of their way to help me out. They saw I had a screw in my tire-eeek! It is hard to find someone you can trust and really felt they had my best interest at heart. Truly felt like family.
