Went here first for a simple Tire pressure sensor replacement and have since brought my car back and my wife's car back for other repairs. Jax's pricing is reasonable and overall they have been very straightforward on everything. Very communicative and the staff appears to remember our vehicles only from a few visits. I will definetly be bringing my cars back here in the future and will recommend them to friends/family.

My experience at Jax was awesome. I called needing a possible appointment for a slow leak tire repair. I was also in need of breaks for my beloved Subaru, but I wanted them to give an estimate for those. They said I could come in this afternoon, and they'd have a look. Wow, talk about service. They were able to fix my tire, replace my back breaks, and I was out of there in an hour. The price was THE best around. $30 bucks for the tire repair and $139.00 per axle on the back. All in an hour. If you need repair, you simply must come to Jax. The entire place is pretty neat, pinball, and a bunch of other games. The place is geared for comfort while you wait. Nothing says Happy Monday like discovering a bolt in your tire! I called Jax in the late afternoon, wondering if they happened to have any availability to take a look before they closed. They told me I could stop in right away and they’d get it taken care of. The repair was so fast, and the cost to plug/patch was incredibly reasonable!

Couple weeks back I slid and hit a curb on the icy snowy day. I needed a whole new wheel and Jax auto found a replacement that saved me hundreds. Patty at the front desk is probably the nicest lady I’ve ever met and so welcoming. I highly recommend them!

Everything was explained in detail. My appointment was a European Synthetic oil change, tire rotation and the Worx pkg. They inspected my entire car, wiper to fluids and other mechanical parts. I have an appointment later this month for brakes and rotors. This was my first experience taking my car to someone other than Audi. Fantastic service and highly recommend JAX in Crystal Lake.
