I had such a great experience today. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for me. They were professional, patient and honest. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but this place definitely does. Customer service like this is rare these days, and I’m so grateful for their help. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending them!

Excellent friendly service. Dropped off my car for an alignment, the team at Cassidy returned it within 2 hours and the car drives like new. Highly recommend.

I called them after I had a flat tire in the negative temperarures and driving on a spare. Joe was very thorough, explained everything that was going to be done, gave a reasonable timeline and was very up front about the costs along the way. I was back on the road safely within 24 hours of calling them. (I needed a new tire and the sensors were also not working). While in the waiting area, had some conversations with others and shared the misery of car issues, but just the overall vibe here felt warm and comfortable. Thanks to everyone at Cassidy for taking an overwhelming experience and resolving easily for me.

Cassidy provides an excellent all-around experience. They provide premium service for a very reasonable cost. Everyone I encounter at the shop is kind and knowledgable. If you are used to dealer prices on service, be prepared to be pleasantly surprised!
