DuPage Tire is simply the best. I’ve been a customer since 1990 and would not have any other shop repair my car. Kyle has taken over the shop from his father and the transition had been seamless. NOBODY does it better than DuPage Tire. It begins as soon as you walk in the door. The service writers Bob and Tony have very deep general knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair and have fantastic listening skills.

I don’t do many reviews, but these guys have really come through this holiday season especially right before they closed shop…they were able to tow my and my parent’s car and get it all done before closing for the holiday. They were really responsive and helpful. They were also able to call my insurance and take care of reimbursement OVER holiday break when they were closed. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised to receive my reimbursement without having to follow up with anyone. Done and done. Thanks.

I brought my Brand new 2024 Chevy Colorado into the dealership Because the alignment just went out of whack. The dealership got it pretty good, but not perfect and was still annoying to drive. When I left this place, My steering wheel was absolutely perfectly centered. And I actually liked driving in the truck again. This place knows how to do alignments and all of my vehicles will come back here if I need alignments. Great people, very knowledgeable and was treated with nothing but respect. This shop is the reason why America is still great. I am a veteran and the service and staff were outstanding.There are good shops Out there, just very few. Hats off to you guys.

The best of the best! Bob, Kyle and the entire team at Dupage Tire & Auto are always respectful and honest. I will never take my car anywhere else, even if it means I have to travel to get to them! If you are looking for great mechanics - LOOK NO FURTHER!!

The guys at Dupage Tire are great, I’ve been to many different shops and dealerships over the years but nothing beats the service here. They are honest about recommendations, great pricing, and can get appointments in quickly. Very hard to find IME - Thank you for making me feel like family!
