I purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from Castle Auto Sales and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were as truthful as possible about the vehicle and made the entire buying process super easy and straightforward. Right after purchasing, I drove the car for over 6 hours with absolutely no issues, which says a lot. I highly recommend doing business with Castle Auto Sales and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from this dealership. At the time of sale, the mileage was represented as about 99,200 miles. Later, when I visited another dealership and checked the vehicle history, a report showed a significant mileage discrepancy (152,425 miles recorded earlier). This raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the vehicle’s mileage history. I tried to discuss the issue with the seller but the matter was not resolved, so I have filed complaints with the appropriate regulatory authorities to review the situation.

I recently bought a vehicle through Castle Auto Sales and I can’t recommend it enough. This place is truly wonderful. It was my first time buying my car alone as a single mother, and I’m beyond grateful I chose this family owned business. Everyone was beyond helpful in explaining everything to me and making sure I had complete understanding, as well as working with me when I didn’t have an understanding. I plan to continue buying from here in the future, as not only was my experience beyond great, but they have such a great selection of vehicles. Though a used dealer, they’re always doing what they can to keep up with their vehicles, have them as reliable as possible, and be completely transparent and honest as well as understanding about just about anything. The men here have so much integrity and truly care about customers and humans in general. I’m a single mom and have been taken advantage from other places but not here. Asad went above and beyond to make sure I was truly taken care of n I will be forever grateful!
