Take 5 Oil Change

I got my first oil change by myself at Take 5 Oil Change, and it was such a great experience! Thank you to Stephen, Dustin, and the whole team for making everything so easy and stress-free. The service was excellent, and they were all so helpful and professional. I truly appreciate how smooth they made the process!

You pay a reasonable price to get your oil changed, while sitting in your own car, and it gets done in about 10 minutes. You cannot beat that value for the price! Additionally, we have been very happy with the Newcastle location. It is conveniently located and the staff is always friendly, professional, and answers any and all questions I have had about the products or services being performed. We love Take 5!

The technicians were very diligent in taking care of my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe and I was comfortable during my time there. The added bottle of water was a very nice touch. They also pointed out an issue with my windshield wiper fluid that I didn’t know about. Expert service

Prices are way higher than previous owners, something you don't see until you're in the bay. I also don't understand how they have twice as many staff but move at less than half the speed. It took nearly an hour to get through even though there was only one car in front of me. On the plus side, the workers were nice. On the minus side they disregarded my "no add-ons" instruction and kept trying to upsell me. Very unprofessional. Oh, and check out that hidden $6 at the bottom, too. The $88 change is $100 by the time you're done. What a ripoff. I'm never coming here again.

The guys were super fast and helpful. They also didn’t try to force anything on me I didn’t need or want done, but they did provide me with information on some things my truck may need soon! I’ll definitely be back to top my oil off and get a few other things done soon
