I called for questions on a mirror assembly and MJ was super helpful. I've also been in years ago and the young man was also super helpful and kind. This is a A+ store with a history of great service.

MJ helped me choose a battery that would best facilitate my needs, and she followed through brilliantly. Despite a few challenges with installation, with those to fault of my own doing, she did a great job. Thanks, MJ.

I went in to get some new windshield wipers before this spell of rain and Dakota (I think that was his name!) was super helpful. He showed me several different options and helped me choose. The ones I chose ended up not working for my car so he swapped them out and it ended up being cheaper. He also installed them for me. Great service!

Dropped in 10 minutes before closing and they were amazingly helpful still, Grayson, in particular came outside and helped me with the issue I was having. He also did it, keeping him 30 minutes after close, with a spectacular attitude and service minded personality. Will only shop for auto needs here because of that interaction.

The staff at this O'Reilly's are incredibly accommodating and kind. They’re transparent about situations, like letting you know if a part isn’t a perfect fit and how to go about if it would need to be returned, which I really appreciate. It’s impressive to see a team of younger employees who know the store policies well and run the place smoothly. While there are some minor hygiene concerns with a few team members smell wise, it's not a big deal since usually not super close to them and they're behind a desk most the time. Overall, it’s a solid auto parts store with great service and knowledgeable staff!
