Mani was extremely efficient in doing a walk in estimate for car panels. He was able to accurately break down the labor and the cost of the parts. The service felt like it was a second home even though I had a Kia. I felt like part of the castle family. The estimate took about 30 Minutes. Fantastic waiting room.

From start to finish, these guys made it a fantastic experience. The price advertised was the real price. My salesman Andrew was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The truck was advertised at a great price, and Ryan gave me good money on my trade. Mike in finance was fantastic to deal with, super fast and on point. The entire process took less than 3 hours!!!! Cannot say enough great things about the staff and dealership, you’ve got a new loyal customer.

I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I was working on a car search for my mother and Nicole Schomer was wonderful , super responsive and not pushy at all. Not only did she give us a fantastic deal, they delivered the car to my mother's home. They were patient and kind during the entire process. Even providing technical support for my mother post delivery.

Overall I had a great experience each visit. Buying my car was painless. I researched the car I wanted prior & walked off the lot with it in about 11/2 hours including test drive. Everyone was friendly & a quick wash before handing it over to me. Tire sensors started going out 2 weeks after purchase. Brought the car back twice within 30 days. Was told no appointment needed. Got there & both times sensors were reset. Air was checked in tires. In & out quickly with a complimentary wash. 2nd time I was told 1-2 tire sensors are going out & will need to be replaced at a cost of over $200 each. I also mentioned the parking assist & parking break sensors going off while driving & was told those may also be going out. This is 2 days before my 1st payment is even due. Thankfully I have a limite

Do not purchase a pre owned vehicle from this dealership. If i could rate negative stars I would. I purchased a 2020 outlander and within eight months, the check engine light went on. After inspection, they told me that I needed a new engine. They did not disclose to me that they had changed the timing belt nor did they report it to car fax , Which is illegal. I then took my car to bigger’s Mitsubishi in Elgin. They told me the same thing. I found an honest mechanic who found nothing wrong and reset the code. I spent $1,000 in inspections to find out Castle was scamming me. Stay away from these uscrupulous fear mongers .
