At Castle Kia McHenry I bought my very first brand new car a 2025 Kia K5 GT line! In my opinion it was one of the best decisions I ever made by going to this dealer. I was referred by a family member that cared about me getting a good deal as I'm not full of money and support a household with a stay-at-home mother/ wife, so I was really looking to get the car of my dreams within my budget and that's exactly what they did for me! When you need services for something you know little about, all you can do is hope they treat you fairly and honestly. I don't know alot about cars. But after my appointment I scrutinized the bill and suggested services and some things didn't make sense. So did some research, and got a second opinion. I now feel completely taken advantage of. On my prior visit, Castle suggested I do a coolant flush and brake fluid change. But when I arrived they said my coolant was completely empty. This indicates a leak. Rather than diagnose why my radiator was empty they just did the flush knowing it's likely all the antifreeze will leak right back out. And if the source of the leak is the radiator, what point is there in flushing a part that needs replacing? After the appointment they suggeste

First time at Castle, Matthew and Payton were absolutely fabulous!! They were so kind and knowledgeable. Service was quick. They even washed my car and floor mats. I'm getting old and am so pleased to see such wonderful service. I will definitely ask for those 2 gentlemen when it's time for my next service.
