Castle Mazda Downers Grove Service Center

I got a flat tire - completely flat, rolling on the rim and thunking - across the street from the Mazda dealership. We couldn’t get it off with the tools we had. I ran across the street and asked if I could bring it to their service department. Not only did they say “yes,” Alex and Nathan ran across Ogden Ave with their tools to get the flat tire off and release the spare. Lots of rust and stuck bolts later, they mounted the spare and had me drive across the street to fill the spare to the proper psi. Mike, I didn’t get the chance to speak with you before I left, but I can’t say enough good things about the team. Alex and Nathan, thank you for your kindness and expertise! I’ll be recommending you guys!

Granted that I did purchase my car here (A+ experience), but the service dept reinforces my decision to work with this dealership. My experience with the service dept has been as good as anyone could expect - they're friendly, professional, and transparent. On this latest visit, they took the initiative and applied a recall-related software update unprompted. I had completely forgotten to mention that; glad they were on top of it for me! Rudy was very helpful since I came from out of state, Michigan, to view a car. It was just what I wanted, and the manager was willing to hold it for me for a week. The car was clean and checked by the dealership beforehand to repair items that were needed. Great dealership.

I went in with a trade in that couldn't drive and not a lot of hope but Linus was very nice and helpful! My first car buying experience was pleasant here
