Castle Wash

Went there today and Joseph was the best car wash attendant!!! It’s always a thing to see someone who was enjoying their job! He practically wash my car before it went into automatic!! Excellent customer service and great performance!!! We will be back! You need more employees like him!

I use to take my car through there because they do have good cleaning. Last month or so my car started noticing some real bad scratches. Idk if they lacked on maintenance, but I will never go through there again. Pretty mad about this because my suv has in Expensive paint.

Garbage, first off they use brushes to scrub ur vehicle before you go in, which basically just drags dirt and debris back and forth on a dry vehicle, thus scratching your clear coat! I guess they don’t care, all the good car washes use pressure washers to spray the car off before they go in.. second I went through, pulled in the vacuum area, dirt all down my bed sides, behind wheels, and tail gate wasn’t even touched. I’ve been to good ones and bad ones, this is definitely a bad one, don’t waste ur money unless you want them to grind crap in your clear coat leaving scratch marks, and unwashed vehicle.

GET THEIR MONTHLY PLAN. If you use the full service way 3x, you are getting what you pay for each month. I go every other day or so, so I'm only paying like a dollar average for each wash. Plus you get a free vacuum every time you go through, so I keep my car super fresh! Most of the time, the staff is amazing. Sometimes I'll get someone that's not friendly, but it's rare. The guy who is also a fire fighter is always so amazing! Side note - lots of little things happening lately. 2 of the vacuums never seem to have suction. And with my monthly subscription, I usually get a free vacuum coin with each wash, but it hasn't been giving them lately.

The two attendants there this evening royally saved my a$$!! I locked my keys phone and wallet in my vehicle and they let me use their phone for a locksmith and let me hang inside out of the cold. This was the only place I was going anyway... but now for sure.
