The BEST towing service ever! 🚗✨ Our car broke down at 1 AM on the way back from Yosemite, and what could’ve been a nightmare turned into one of the most fun rides ever. G-Dogg was our tow guy and he was AWESOME—calm, full of life, and so animated that the 3.5-hour drive flew by with nonstop laughs. His truck was sparkling clean too. Who knew a tow could actually be a highlight of the trip?! It's 10 stars! And Angie their dispatcher was even more awesome than AAA!

Thanks to the awesome generosity of Christian and Freddy! I was able to gather my things out the rental truck that was stolen from me! Things that were very important to my work! Thanks again Christian and Freddy.

I would NEVER recommend this company. They drive recklessly and dangerously. One of the tow trucks was driving recklessly on the freeway, tailgating a car in an offramp lane. As I was driving past him in my car with my daughter, trying to get away from his reckless behavior, he tried to merge into our lane while failing to look in his side mirror and almost ran us off the road. I honked at him and he swerved back into his lane only to slow down and get behind me and blare his horn while shining his high beams on us. I will do my best to ensure that everyone who searches this tow company knows how dangerous, inconsiderate and reckless they are on the road. You know who you are and you should be ashamed of yourself.

We were connected to this company through AAA and they were amazing!! We got help from OG (Olgar) and he was an absolute delight! Extremely helpful and very quick! We were expecting a long wait but only had to wait 20 minutes at the point from calling AAA it was perfect! I can’t recommend this company enough!! Thank you for helping me and my old man dad. Lol

Went to have lunch at my daughters school, came back to a DEAD battery! Luckily Jose with Castro Towing was FAST and able to help!
