My car broke down in Murdo SD due to the cooling fan about to fall off and I had to get it towed to a mechanic. Catlin's, was the one that answered first so I chose them. They were great, super great customer service. They went out of their way to take me to a hotel while I waited for my car to get fixed. They also picked me up once it was done. They did quick service once they got the part my car needed and got me back on the road so I could get back home.

Our Chevy Suburban broke down on I-90 on our move out to Seattle. These guys were absolutely awesome. They squeezed us in the day of the incident, identified the problem quickly (fuel pump needed to be replaced), and worked with urgency to fix it. They did it all in 2.5 hours and we were on our way again. We are now a week and a half out from this experience -our truck has had no more issues and we made it to Seattle. Our truck broke down on I-70 and the tow driver said that this was the best place to have it repaired. Staff was fantastic and professional, quick diagnosis but the parts had to be ordered in so we spent an extra day in Pierre. I needed to get home quickly to make a surgery and they made my vehicle a priority. Would definitely recommend everyone to use this shop!
