***Update 4 months later: I am dropping the three stars to 1, the problem reoccurred and THEY OVER TORQUED MY OIL (DRAIN PLUG) now I have to take it to a different shop to get that fixed. So far not the experience I expected months later. The quality of work seems to be good, after I picked up my vehicle. I initially called one week prior to the appointment date, I then brought my vehicle in, got the parts swapped out, and they charged me for coolant, oil, gaskets (Gaskets costed 63$, really?), and the manual labor, (which cost the most, 300$). But as usual business, the phone call was good, and whole process. But do mind the overall cost, and I had the PART MYSELF, I only wanted them to do the labor, etc. The guy on the phone, Dustin stated that the whole process should cost around 300-3

Charged my mother 120+ dollars without fixing the problem and said the car wasn't acting up. Instantly when we left their shop, our car shut down 😒. We instead went to W.W Tire and they quickly found out the problem and fixed it, thank God for them.

I only take my car to Ray’s garage. It’s so stressful and costly when things go wrong with vehicles. I have had bad experiences elsewhere when mechanics said I needed things that were not accurate. At Ray’s I know they aren’t going to up charge me with things that are not need. I appreciate a mechanic that I can trust! Thanks guys!

We took my daughter’s car to Ray’s to get looked at we thought it was the transmission and thank goodness it was not it was a throttle that went out. He was able to fix it and save the car. Very fast and friendly service. We will be back.

My husband and I only use Rays! They are quick and reliable. Trust them with all of our vehicles. Fit us in last minute before a trip! They are the best. Great customer service. Love the guys here
