Floyd's Truck Center

It's an old truck that needed some recalls taken care of, and they have been incredible to work with on this. Open communication, updates, a little bit of levity (always important)... but most importantly, some of the best customer service that I've ever seen. Shout out to the Service Manager for being so accommodating, as well as the rest of the crew for putting the work in on this challenge of a truck.

I had my truck break down about two blocks away from Floyd’s. I called them to see if they could look at it, and within 20 minutes of me pulling into their lot they had a mechanic on it. Joe, the mechanic who worked on it, was very knowledgeable and efficient with my engine. It took 3 days to get the truck fixed only because of trying to source the correct parts. The people in the service department were very helpful and generous with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who’s having a problem with their truck. On my way back from sturgis had an air issue on my motor coach, pulled in and 45 min later was on my way, excellent service & wonderful people to deal with.

This is the type of service company that all others should strive to be. From Jackie in service to the technicians that fixed the truck, their timely, quality service will have us seeking them out if we have any other truck issues when we are in the area. Thank you all!

I called and spoke with a lot of Kubota dealers in the state prior to doing business with Floyd's. There wasn't any comparison in service. Ryan from Floyd's was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with in the past. He returned every call and always answered every question that I had. He was extremely fair and forthright and I would highly encourage anyone looking for a tractor or other machinery to give him a chance to earn your business. Outstanding service!
