Cave Wash

As an industry professional the condition of this wash is absolutely deplorable. When I came here the pits were in horrible condition and the air compressors were not on and no chemical delivery was carried out. This is not the first time I've had issues here as I've been served hard water labeled as "spot free" and constantly this wash is out of chemicals, on top of all this the in bay automatics give one of the weakest washes in Carlsbad!

Best in town..soap is always plentiful and they have vehicle dryers that make it easy to have a spotless finish

This place is clean, and keeps my car clean! Hard working attendants at the location until closing time. Very friendly and willing to help with any issues. The automatic car washes are kept up and clean as well. I’ve been to other washes and they are full of leaves and trash. Or there’s no attendant to help if you are having difficulty with something. Or some type of issue with the equipment. Thanks Cave Wash, you’re a staple to this community. Keep up the great service.

The guy is always there working and washing the bays, but half the time there's never detergents for any of the options you pick.

It's worth every cent. Efficient equipment and neat/clean bays. I heard a customer tell the employee on duty that this was "the nicest carwash in the Permian basin". The staff seems waaay nice also, they treated me like I was family. 5/5 would totally recommend. I have no clue what the negative rude comments are for, everything we buy has gone up in price, it is not an "only car wash issue" it's called inflation and just like anything else, gasoline/eggs/tuition etc..this place is not immune from it. It's an experience anybody would love and much like the machinery and equipment, the vending items are top notch at a more than affordable rate. You cannot beat this carwash.
