Cave Wave Car wash

After watching the kids look like they absolutely did not know what they were doing and almost sending a car into the equipment and panicking. I then get my car washed unfortunately and I have grease all down the side of it. And the guys didn't even really take time to scrub it before sending me through. Last week I paid $25 for the 7-day rainday ticket option on a Friday. Today exactly one week from Friday I show up to use my rain ticket because it did rain several times in between and I go to use it and it is invalid and won't scan. I then pay $16 plus $4 for the ceramic shine to go through the car wash and it does the worst job I've seen it do since coming here. I think this car wash is for sure going downhill very quickly. I expect better results from a $5 gas station car wash. The equipment doesn't clean or rinse the vehicle well but you include zero F's given by the employees before and after the wash and you get a 1 star experience. I left there and immediately went and rewashed my truck to get the dried soap off of my paint. Avoid this business unless you have something like a white company truck that really doesn't matter to you.

I come often to get my car washed and today there was an issue with the card machine. The attendant that came out to assist me was very professional. They didn't have be kind to me but they were. Customer service was great and I greatly appreciate it.

I live out of town and I used this car wash back in August when I worked in Paris. I have been getting charges 24.99 to my card every month sometimes it tries to charge it two times in one month. I've had to cancel my debit card 3 times in these past few months and I haven't gotten any refund or help with restoring my money. I just recently had to order a new card and now somehow they are still charging my chime account if I don't have it locked. I am tired of this!!!!!!!! I. Need some to help me look into get this service cancelled and off my account. I have kids who want Christmas gifts. I can't keep getting charged for a service that I am not using.

Went here once… paid for 10$ car wash… Did not put in phone or email info Now getting charged $24.99 TWICE a month from them. No one answers the phone.. no one replies to emails. I don’t even live within 200mi from this car wash. Unacceptable business. Praying that the Lord does unto this business what they do to us.
