Caveman RV

When we purchased our RV everything was great. They were super quick efficient, and friendly. However, when it comes to after the purchase, it's all crickets and tumbleweeds. We told the salesperson when we purchased the RV that we were full time RV'rs. She assured us they have "the best" warranty and everything would be taken care of if we ever needed anything.Boy was she wrong. Bottom line is no. They will not. We had an awning they owed us in the beginning of the original sale of our BRAND NEW Grand Design. Never got it, even after calling multiple times and not getting any call backs or answers over a two year period. Ongoing DMV nightmare after purchase – still no proof of filing I bought a New Unit from Alan @ Caveman RV in early December 2025, and they charged me to handle the Oregon DMV title and registration. Despite multiple emails to Alan Page asking for proof of when my paperwork was actually filed, I have never been given a specific mailing/filing date or any documentation—only vague statements about DMV delays. On January 28, DMV told me they had nothing on file for my transaction, and as of February 18, 2026, I still have no confirmation that Caveman RV ever properly submitted my title and registration. I have now filed an Oregon dealer complaint over this situation and would not trust this dealership again for paperwork or follow‑through.

We had the best time shopping and buying our new 5th wheel, Grand Design at Caveman RV! The super professional team - from sales, finance and service, Alan, Brent, Chris, Glenn, Sarah & Tim gave us the best buying experience. We made the trek from Seattle because of their incredible customer service. I/we highly recommend Caveman RV!

Where do I begin! If I could give Caveman RV a Zero, Negative Zero, and/or a no star I would! I would not recommend anyone buying from this dealership! Pass them up and go somewhere else. Take your money and run as fast as you can away from Grants Pass! A deal that started several weeks ago working with Sarah C. Has been a buyers nightmare. I was in the market to purchase a brand new 2022 Lance 1172. I was approved for the loan and Sarah had provided some very high numbers that I did not feel comfortable paying. I decided to not pursue the deal. Sarah was really hoping that I would accept these high numbers, which I kindly declined and decided not to proceed. Two days later I get a call from Alan the sales manager and he gives me different numbers that were in line from what I had receiv

Tim (I think that’s his name) helped me diagnose a problem w my little Dometic 12v fridge after no one else - not even Dometic service dealers wouldn’t look at it. It’s now working fine and humming quietly again. Thank you so much Tim for your time and generosity to take a look at it.
