Great experience. Easy reservation process. No games or bait and switch. Truck was ready and warmed up by the time I was ready for it. Vehicle was in good condition and everything worked. Very reasonable rates and mileage charges. I would rent from them in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone that needs a rental truck.

The gentlemen at the location at 46th street are courteous and friendly. They worked with me on my requests for rentals and were kind over the phone. My issues lie not with the car or the workers. They have a great team and their trucks and cars are in good conditions most of the times for rentals. I was given a blue Kia that wasn’t the reserved car, but it was a car that was available. I accepted the car with a dirty exterior (which was completely fine with me as the streets of NYC have been covered in salt, snow, oil, and other debris on the road since the snow storm last week). The car was decently clean on the inside. Aside from dirty floor mats and random receipts in the car, it was a very nice car to have for a day rental. Used this rental company for a baseball team traveling to Florida for Spring Break baseball trip, and I could not be happier with the experience. The booking process was very seamless, they were accommodating to my requests. When we landed, I received a phone call and received simple directions on where to meet them and all 3 of our van rentals were ready and waiting for us. At the conclusion of the trip, the dropoff was also seamless and did not add any extra stress. Would use again and plan to use again.
