I had a great experience with this mechanic shop, especially considering it was Christmas Eve and very short notice. They were honest, professional, and went out of their way to help when they easily could have turned me away. Cedric was super friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The repair was completed quickly, pricing was fair, and there was no pressure to approve unnecessary work. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust—especially during the holidays—but this one delivered. I’ll definitely be back if I lived in the area. I highly recommend them.

I met Mr. Cedric today, he's a very pleasant man. He's given me hope I'm impressed with what I've seen thus far. Unprofessional very rude and very disrespectful to me and my daughter just want him to fix liner on the passenger side of her vehicle instead try to do engine work . Ignore me I am here mother standing there with the liner in my hand but he going to look at the engine instead of looking at the liner. He said me and daughter was talking smart him to us to leave so I call back and told him I going to Maaco Auto Body shop .

Has had car for 3 weeks had to repair minor dents from hail and repaint. Was told to last week it would go in on a Monday come out on Wednesday here it is the next Monday and haven't heard a word. He doesn't follow up with his customers. I would really like to have the car back soon
