I just wanna say that personally Jeff has made my experience from a living nightmare to a great relief, he was very respectful, funny and down to earth kind of dude. Without him tonight I wouldnnt have had the opportunity to bring my ride home. Thank you a lot Jeff your a life saver!!

I had an awful night Friday after I totaled my truck. I have to say that Central Auto, specifically their driver Jeff, was the absolute best possible company that could've towed my truck. The driver on call for the evening was like a magician. I thought I'd be on scene at the accident, which was on 91 S just before exit 23, for hours while my truck was pulled out of the ditch I rolled it into. To my delighted surprise, Jeff had it out & ready to leave the scene in minutes. I turned my head for a brief moment & Jeff had pulled the truck out & hooked it to his tow bar before I even knew he'd started. Furthermore, I would've expected a groggy, angry attitude from someone who was just pulled out of bed at 1:30am to deal with my mistake. That wasn't the case, Jeff was personable, professional

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Jeff. Great guy, very personable. He made moving my vehicle very easy. He’s good at his job i’ll tell ya. Thanks Jeff!!

Terrible experience ever.

so we wrecked our car on Friday. When we called friday they said since they were closed, there’s an after hour fee, which is fine so we said on the phone we would come back Monday. Whoever was on the phone. Failed to mention you need an appointment to meet someone out here at this towing lot. So Monday rolls around and we get here and call the phone number and then she tells us oh you were supposed to make an appointment for someone to meet you out there. I understand mistakes happen, but if you weren’t so busy, focusing on the after hour fee, maybe you could’ve mentioned that we needed an appointment when we said we would come Monday, so make sure you make an appointment. then she said it would be in half an hour for someone to come out here. It’s been almost an hour now and no one‘s here
