Edit: I took it to another shop to inspect (2 days after) the work performed on this vehicle, both clamps on my radiator hose was loose causing a coolant leak and it to run hot. Not saying it was them just saying I had both installed less than a year ago with out any leaks or issues. Don't listen to the five star reviews. I was left without a car or loaner when I had to see my dying grandmother. I have taken my 1994 Lexus ls400 here a couple of times but this is the last. I had a leaky caliper on the left driver side (diagnosed by another shop) and took it in because it was still under warranty. I understand my car is hard to find new parts for and is getting up their in age, this was never an issue; its something I understood heading into every repair. I dont expect the same kind of tur

Huge shout-out to the team at Central Auto. Came in for a clutch replacement, and not only did it take only 2 days, but my good ol' Saturn Astra shifts so much more smoothly now. Came home after a month long trip and my wife’s 2004 Lexus ES330 would not start. Yes, all I thought it needed was to be charged. However, the anxiety it created when she thought of being stranded somewhere she felt that she needed to have Central Ave Automotive at least look at it. They did their safety check, verified everything was okay, re-charged the battery, replaced the hood strut, and changed the oil. Granted my first thoughts were “we just need to re-charge the battery. I can do that”. However, she now feels reassured that the will car start and not leave her stranded. Daniel was great in providing the information we needed with making the right decisions. Great experience! Central Automotive does an amazing job in taking care of our fleet vehicles. We recently had a truck in a minor accident and not only did Central Auto address the mechanical issues, they were able to assist in the coordination of the body repairs. Highly recommend, a great group of people to work with.

They detailed my car perfectly inside and out in one day. They even had a shuttle to bring me to court so I didn’t have to uber. Very easy and efficient process overall and friendly helpful staff.
