Read full review!!!!!! Worst experience ever i had. I went there to get new tires mount and balance with alignment. The person on the desk was good. He gave me the good price so I decided to install the tires with them so they put on the tires. but they put the wrong size so on the very next day when the store got opened, I went there and I told them that they put the wrong size but at the time that was a different person and he gave me a option that I can drive with that different size tires that will be no much difference I mean seriously guys!!!!! And when I declined that option, he said I’ll have to wait three more days and I will have to pay extra because I am getting a different size. Had a tire problem with my truck. Pulled over and called the nearest tire shop and it was Mavis tire shop in south Ambory. I spoke with Eric he said to come right away because they are about to close. I arrived three minutes later. Greeted by Eric in the parking lot. I got out he got in and fixed my tire. After pulling my car off the ramp he told me. You are all set!!. I asked how much? He said nah don’t worry about it I’ve a great holiday. His customer service was soul touching. It’s so nice to see a kind young man doing great work with a sweet spirit. I lost my Daugther in a car accident in 2019 and without sharing that with him he took great care of me and calmed all my anxieties. I really really appreciate his kindness. therefore I’m sure he was well pleased with his tip. Thank you so

Wonderful service. Low wait time even without appointment. Called a couple of places but couldn't find a better price. Very professional staff. Brake job dome right. Amazing cupon deals on website made it a positive experience. Highly recommended.

Person who picked up the phone intitially was young lady. She didn’t really do anything wrong went to go and get the “manager”. Loser manager has an appealing attitude. And then had the nerve to try and kick me off the phone. Keeping my mother’s car all day because they failed to mention that they didn’t have parts in stock. Now waiting all day for the parts. Was told at write up car would be done within 2 hours. Now being told car will be done end of the day. As someone who works in the auto industry, this just wrecks of bad management and laziness. We will see how the brakes come out hope my mother’s safety isn’t at risk due to this places negligence.

I stopped into this Mavis location because my car’s check engine light came on. After speaking with the great staff there and was able to get my car assessed so that I could get back on the road. The staff and Najee at this location we’re all knowledgeable and made my time waiting for my car to get serviced, the best compared to other Mavis’s locations I have been to in the past. I will definitely be coming back here again if I need anything checked out on my vehicle!
