Central Maine Chevrolet

Went to Central Maine to look into a new vehicle. Met Chris Albee. What a great experience. He was very helpful and took all the time we needed to answer all the questions we had. Also took the time to educate us old people on how to run the car. Thank you Chris! We will definitely be back to see you in the future!

I have a tik tok video @frequentflyer for a more in depth review. My wife and I had a horrible experience with another Toyota dealership and Central again saved the day. Matt the salesman stayed over an hour past there closing time to make sure our phones were paired and helped us become more familiar with our vehicles. We were happy with our trade in amount which earlier that day we were insulted at Downeast and Central Maine had better prices. This is now our second auto we have purchased and honestly this will be our dealership from now on. We shop around a lot! So it was a surprise that both times we ended up here! 2 out of 2 good job! We shower up 10 mins before closing they encouraged us to make the drive and said they would stay later, who does that? Central Maine does!

My experience here was with rude staff. During my oil change my brakes were checked. A green checkmark was put on my window sticker for my brakes being good to go and my pads were completely gone three weeks later on the car Towed my car to a different garage to get my brakes fixed. They are supposed to provide a video when looking over your vehicle but did not provide one on 2 seperate occasions. 1 time said last appointment of day doesn't get one. The next time said the Saturday mechanic wasn't trained on how to use the video option so we couldn't get one. When I mentioned what happened with my brakes after our last visit we were treated poorly by their female customer service manager. No concern whatsoever. Note for others reading this review, I knew exactly what I wanted in a truck the only thing I did not have a concern about was gas or request about was gas or diesel engine. I specifically was looking for a 3/4 ton chevy in a specific price range. Went into the chevy dealership looking for truck described above Adam Almeida was my sales person. I was clear with what I wanted to Adam with respect to truck, bank I wanted to use and extended warranty i wanted on used truck, he had 2 on the lot that had not yet gone through the shop to be cleaned up as they had just arrived (Trade in I assume). I had a great experience with Central Maine Chevy. They repaired my vehicle and had no issue working with my extended warranty company, even though it wasn’t one they sell—which I really appreciated. The quote they gave me was right on, no surprises, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Professional, honest, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend them.
