This is the only mechanic you should ever go to in Waterville. I was going crazy over a rattling noise from my exhaust and not only did they fix it in no time at all, on the way out I got two tips for fixing my bumper and another tip for cleaning my headlights. And the kicker? The guy didn’t even want to charge me. I don’t carry cash but needless to say I need to go find some and come back this place is well worth it.

G Broke down and had to be towed to Mr Roy's. Upon explaining the problem he promptly took time to diagnose a loose wire under the hood. 5 minutes and I was back on the road. Great attitude, great service! We at Precision HVAC Thank you!!!

I am brand new to the area due to a job offer. I am about 4 hours away from any family or friends. I needed to get my car looked at and honestly had no idea where to even start. I researched some local places because I like giving my money to small business. I settled on Mr. Roy's because of the reviews I read and I am very pleased I did. Mr. Roy's was very accommodating, helpful, and fair. The owner is hands on and the other mechanics I interacted with were kind, friendly and respectful. My final bill ended up being cheaper than the original quote. I will certainly be going back in the future.
