I do not give 1 star reviews easily, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Was told they would communicate throughout the process but I had to keep reaching out to them, and there was always a different excuse why there was no progress on my truck. The paint looks great on the truck don't get me wrong, but the whole process was a nightmare. Then when it was all said and done they over charged me for parts I had provided. They had my truck for 3 months the truck was complete for 3 weeks but I was not allowed to pick it up because their paperwork was not finished. This is the most disorganized business I have ever been in. I would never, ever do business with any of dealers associated with this collision center. Central Maine Motors and all of its affiliates.

Still discovering issues from this repair—three weeks after picking up my truck. The driver’s side fender flare is already coming loose, allowing snow, dirt, and salt to get behind it, which will inevitably cause corrosion. The alignment that was supposedly completed was not done. When I took the truck to another shop to have it aligned properly, it was discovered that the axle Central Maine Collision Center replaced was still out of alignment—and worse, the frame on my truck is bent. When my husband contacted the manager to discuss these issues, he was given the runaround and told that the other shop was “wrong.” We were told someone would call us back to put the truck on the laser frame machine. That call has still not come, and it has been over a week. I wouldn’t trust this collision ce

Do not take your vehicle here for repairs. It will take months to get it back. 40.5 hr job. Almost 3 months later, 2 junk dead batteries from freezing, frozen DEF fluid, They blame everyone else but themselves on why things take so long. Body lines are not straight. Didn’t even catch that the frame is bent from the accident! Called to explain our dissatisfaction about the work and ppl get defensive and mad. Tell me how they went above and beyond. No phone call back about the bent frame. Charged for a 4 wheel alignment but if they did that alignment at all, they would had found the front end needed a drag link and they wouldn’t have been able to do the front end due to a bad part, and they would have found the rear end way out of spec showing it’s not an adjustable rear axle that leads to a

I am beyond angry with this experience. Does my truck look good again? Yes. Did I have to jump through hoops to have this company complete the job? Yes. Disorganized, does not communicate, says one thing does another, holds your vehicle up because they can't get their paperwork done in a timely fashion. I would never, ever recommend this business to anyone.

I (and my car) were taken care of quite well. Everything from the personal care from Joann to Jason's assessment of where a smell of gas was, after the body shop work was completed. Both people were extremely attentive to my needs. I have been a loyal customer of Central Maine Toyota. The body repair shop is also now on my list of favorites.My car looks good too.
