Thank you all for all your help on our latest purchase of a Jeep Wrangler. Adam Almeida was amazing to work with! We had come in with pre-approved credit from our credit union, however he got us a better rate! The Jeep needed to have a factory recalled clutch put in and fender work for state inspection However I needed it fast. He and the phenomenal service team hot it done fast! A huge kudos to Ryan Halle in service for getting that clutch recall work done so fast and to the crew who worked the fenders great work they really do like nice. This is our second Jeep from you all (His and Hers) and we will not shop anywhere else for the next Jeep!

Ben Plaisted,Jeff Carter. The 2 guys who helped me get into the car that I wanted. They made it the easiest car buying experience I have had from beginning to end. Ben got the car to a number that would work for me and the vehicle was well worth the price and the attention to detail regarding the condition of the vehicle was excellent. Detailing guys did a great job and the car had a full tank of gas. Jeff got me a warranty that will give me piece of mind as I go down the road. A+++ experience from a great group of people.

Do not buy a used vehicle here. Do not use the service department here. Our experience with Central Maine Motors was unbelievably unprofessional, lazy, and not up to safety standards. I would not recommend anyone go here. Save yourself the nightmare, and drive to Augusta. For the nitty gritty of what we went through, read on: We bought a certified used Toyota here, it was a harder to find model and we really liked it, but knew during the test drive that it needed an alignment. We worked with the sales rep to have the service department give it an alignment and full look over before the final purchase went through. Kevin Beck was so wonderful to work with. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle here. First time in 2019 with Ben Plaisted and now in 2025 with Kevin and some help with Ben. They both were great and eased my anxiety both times and made me feel comfortable. Explained everything thoroughly every step of the way and made me feel confident with my purchase. I will always recommend these two men at Central Maine Motors!

My car was in an accident that was not my fault and I had not planned at that time to purchase a new vehicle. Nor was I sure that I was going to need one, so airing on the softer side of caution I went to Central Maine. Adam almeida greeted me with a smile after I had looked at a couple vehicles online and made an appointment to go in. After a couple test drives we knew that this was the one. I said yes to this SUV.
