Victor’s crew did a great job as usual at a great price. I’ve had them work on my Scion Frs, dodge challenger, Hyundai veloster n and my latest vehicle, an Audi a4 Quattro avant. My Toyota Prius has lasted me 14 years on its batteries and totes a hefty 200K + miles and she's still going strong. BUT, as of late, I believe this colder weather has now drained what's left and I needed to get my batteries replaced ASAP. After doing a lot of research in the area, I found HYBRID BATTERY REPAIR TOYOTA and I decided to trust them with my baby. The map directions to their location was very direct and although they have very limited parking directly in front of their office, there is plenty of free parking space in their lot towards the back. Words can't express my satisfaction with Victor and his team. If you're looking for a reliable, honest mechanic, this is your spot! As a young woman that knows nothing about cars, victor was patient and broke down all the information for me. AND he saved me thousands on a repair i thought I needed (per another diagnosis somewhere else). The process took a couple weeks but it was worth the wait. He took his time inspecting the vehicle and by doing so, it saved me a lot of money. I will be coming back for everything in the future and recommending to family and friends. He’s ahead of the game, he really invests into his business and it shows! Quality, reliability and integrity. Trust his process! I don’t often do reviews but my experience was so amazing.

Don’t ignore negative reviews. My window was damaged during an alignment, and they just blamed it on the car being old. Even if that were the case, that would mean they don’t work carefully. The car could have been lifted too fast. Other places at least offer significant discounts if something happens during their service. All negative reviews are written for a reason. Skip this place. A cheap price can be expensive in the long term.

Great service, took my car in for brake service. Really liked the PDF report with actual pictures showing the results of the inspection and providing picture evidence of what needs to be fixed. Made sure I was taken care of with a ride to work after dropping off the car for service, would recommend to everyone.
