⭐ 1/5 Dishonest and Incompetent Service at Certified Truck & Auto – Avoid! My experience with Certified Truck & Auto was appalling. They worked on my Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE, charged me $883.83, and left my car in worse condition. Their service was deceptive and unprofessional. They claimed my car was “leaking puddles everywhere” and overheating, which was untrue, I’d driven it for months with a minor coolant leak and no overheating. They replaced a brand-new water pump (installed last month, with a witness to confirm), falsely stating it was “old.” After their so-called repair, the car began overheating the moment I left their lot, and it’s still leaking coolant! They took $883.83 and failed to fix the problem. To top it off, they haven't returned the water pump they removed,

I didn’t know there were some major issues brewing with my Durango when I drove in for a check engine light inspection… there were a wide variety of codes related to a rotten wiring harness which was discovered by the amazing tech Brandon and his coworkers after a VERY thorough inspection. They also found some other issues and created an invoice for repairing. Months later they came to the rescue again when I drove in with a hung up brake- caused by a tire shops issue! Many many thanks to Brandon, Grant, Shon, Ben and Brenda for taking so much care of my Durango and caring for my families safety on the road!! I won’t be going anywhere else!!

Good experience. My daughter's car broke down and was towed to this shop. I was at their mercy. They were good at diagnosing problem. They came back with estimate quickly to replace alternator, battery and some mouse damage repair. The estimate was a bit high for the age/mileage of the car as they originally picked the highest quality parts. After I found less costly parts, they did work with me to go with the more economical ones (i.e. non-AGM battery) which saved me some. They charged to the estimate and completed in less than a week during a busy time. Overall satisfied. One thing I must mention is the extra fees for shop material and haz mat. I understand getting a mark up on parts and a fair labor rate based on flat rate which they did but the other fees seemed a bit unnecessary. I
