A very poor response from the Service Manager and the lack of accountability for their mistakes will mark my last visit here. I wanted to like them, we bought a car, we even drove 30-40 minutes to this dealership for service due to the location and initial interactions with the staff. In the last several months it has been impossible to have any useful communication with the service center. Recently, we had multiple calls, apparently with the call center, setting up an appointment for work they can't do. The worst part, and a masterclass in poor customer service/communication, rather than apologize for the mistake, the service manager just repeatedly said we don't do that, like it was our mistake, then blamed not having enough staff and then blamed the call center (that they pay to hav

We brought the car in for a new switch that needed to be installed. It was an under-warranty job that required removing a trim panel. The job was done, and the switch is working. A day or two later we noticed the registration was not in the glove box. We called in, but the shop didn’t have it. Not knowing where it could have gone to, I paid $25 to the RMV for a replacement. Not too long after, we found half the contents of our glove box, including the registration, under the passenger seat. I assume the glove box needed to be removed for the repair and the contents were not fully replaced. I honestly consider this Kia dealership my home when it comes to servicing my car! I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to people working on my car, and this service center puts my mind at ease and continues to show me im in the right place. Lately, I've been working with Marcos in the service department, and I really wouldn't want it any other way. Every time I hand him my keys, I know my car is coming back better than before. I am truly grateful for Marcos and everything he does for me and my car! Ron Bouchard Kia, this is the type of employee you want taking care of us customers!!

I was in the waiting room for 4 hours today. I had a used car evaluation done. They recommended replacing the drive belts and brake pads When they called me to tell me the car was ready only one of the two services had been performed. The brakes were done. They were going to replace a drive belt and when I went to pick up the vehicle they said that they didn't have the correct belt in stock. I was in the waiting room from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 and no services were offered for possibly getting lunch. The staff was nice but the services offered while I waited 4 hrs was lacking.

I was very satisfied with my service. From the moment I arrived until I left I was treated with respect and in the most friendly of manners. As a woman not being treated like a child when it comes to all things cars is important to me. Here I felt like I was at home and in good hands. I can say with confidence I will be coming back for all of my car work.
