We brought a car to Jon for a pre-purchase inspection and he took his time looking the car over thoroughly, explaining some of the issues with it so that we saw and understood everything. He definitely helped us make an informed decision on the car and we were very happy with his honesty and professionalism. We took our antique 1950 Willy’s Jeep here for service. Had the best experience with John and his crew. The work on the Jeep was excellent. Everything was done to keep the original look of the vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

John and the folks at Royal Auto are the real deal. They give honest advice on the best course of action for a repair, and do their work on schedule for a reasonable price (with great communication throughout). One of the rare shops who will work on classic/older vehicles and source the correct parts or fabricate their own fix when the part is complete unobtanium! They are my go-to shop when I need work done on my '63, because I know they can get the job done right.

John and 'B' were great. Checked out our SUV and gave me some recommendations beyond the oil change. I was in an out in under 45 minutes, and they had to have the filter delivered. Good service by good people. I highly recommend.

John is the best. He always gives you advise on your vehicle based on the year, make, model and condition. The things he knows about specific makes and models off the top of his head is amazing. ..knew my 2014 Ridgeline could have radiator issues based on experience so he checked it out for me during routine maintenance.
