I have been here three times with two different vehicles. I have appreciated their transparency about what work needs to get done and what can wait for later. They have a great electronic system in place for you to see what work they will be doing and how much it will cost before they do anything. You give approval through an electronic signature for everything they do. Thier communication is excellent and they have been very prompt in getting my vehicles repaired. They are now my go to place for vehicle repair and maintenance!

I had a good experience for timing belt replacement as a new customer. They said they would keep one and a half days. Offered a fair price and delivered exactly what was promised. They also fixed a valve stem on a tire and changed oil. They were enthusiastic about doing business, I got a detailed report of the work, they put the stickers on the truck for oil change, timing belt and even replaced a missing stud before remounting my tire. Other non professionals just ignored it in the past. Thanks for the good service!

Excellent experience at Certified Automotive this week. They had me in and out faster than they quoted and I feel like I got excellent value for the work they did. My old 2005 civic was a completely different driving experience after the addressed my overdue maintenance. The civic will be going to Certified going forward. Thank you!
