Couple weeks ago I asked a fellow business owner who he knew that was a dependable honest mechanic... he referred me to Pro Tire and auto... I then went to introduce myself and talk with the owner... super nice guy... educated me as well while talking... I just paid to have my truck towed to get worked on there.... my several visits there to talk with the owner have been tremendous... I honestly can't wait for him to work on my 73 F 100 and... make it ....much better !! 😋😎💪 Definitely excited and Grateful !! B

One of my Camaro's back tires had slowly deflated twice in the last 2 weeks which made me think had a nail or something. I read throught the reviews and felt legitimately better than most tire shops I've seen. Due to my work schedule I asked my wife to bring it here to be checked. It indeed had a small nail, they put a plug in around 30 minutes according to her and they didn't charge her a penny. Their great service overall has definitely earned them a new customer. If they take good care of you and don't even charge for that, then I can trust them with bigger services to do right by us. Thank you so much Pro Tire & Auto!

I was happy to find them, they've been helpful for my tires and brakes but I'm uncomfortable returning now for anything else because I noticed a horrible oil leak after getting my car back. I mean the same day.. so I'm leery of the fact they had to of known this. By the way the undercarriage looks, it started before I noticed and no one told me. So I've been under an enormous amount of stress trying to chase down the leak myself & it's overwhelming knowing it's getting worse. I contacted them just to inquire why no one would mention the oil leak after having it up on their ramp, and the only reply I got was to bring it back & drop it off. That's not as easy as it sounds. We are a one vehicle family, I'm a single mom.. and all of my children are very active in extracurricular activities. Dr

Been going here for the past 12 yrs. Rich & company are TRUE straight-shooters. Have excellent customer service. Even in the midst of high repair cost and shortage of certain parts, they work the hardest to make repairs affordable to the public, and yet maintain top-talent in the shop. You can all over The Upstate, find higher cost or "cheaper" labor, but this company will continue to receive my business based on their honesty & skilled repairs.

I’ve been coming to these guys since 2021. They are honest and fair. They’re always busy, so be sure to get there by 8 AM.
